AI is becoming part of everyday life.
Understanding it should be, too.
AI isn't just about technology. It's about people, too. Sane AI explores how AI use is affecting the way we think, feel, connect, and navigate everyday life. We work specifically to help with Problematic AI Use, helping the helpers improve their ability to see and understand the problem, and AI users to help be in more balance through education.

Meet Chrissy
Sane AI was founded by Chrissy Jackson, Licensed Psychologist, educator, consultant, and speaker exploring the intersection of technology, psychology, and human behavior.
Her approach to AI isn't rooted in hype or fear. It's grounded in curiosity, critical thinking, and a simple question:
How do we use emerging technology without losing sight of the humans using it?
